Stephanie Pious
Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in the corporate world of sales, manufacturing and fundraising.  She gained valuable business experience with the invention of a children’s safety device, U.S. Patent #4,897,947.  She successfully marketed the product nationally.  Stephanie ran a manufacturing company for sixteen years, before selling it to one of her suppliers. It was this transaction that brought her into the field of business brokerage.  Stephanie felt there was a glaring need to provide a service to business owners who have worked hard to build a business, and are seeking expertise. Stephanie is an accredited business intermediary and a member of the American Business Brokers Association.  In addition, she also holds her Connecticut Real Estate license.

Charles Pious
Charlie is an accredited business intermediary and a member of the American Business Brokers Association. He brings 25 years of experience in the manufacturing business to Pious and Associates. His experience in handling complex accounting and inventory issues in industries such as food, metal, wood, printing and electronics, help clients better understand the process of buying or selling a closely held business. Most importantly, his business valuation expertise will help a business owner understand the true value of their enterprise.
